installation process of portable x-ray

 

1.       Open the box

2.       Check the accessories: Main Unit, Ball Head, Manual, Guarantee Card, Quality Certification, Remote controller, Blue Tube, Professional film developing liquid, Dental film, Syringe, Fuss, Packing list.

3.       Check the outward appearance of the unit, also check to see whether theres any sound from the inner of the unit from the sake.

4.       Install the Blue Tube to the Ball head.

5.       Fix the six core wire of the main unit to the connection of the Ball Head

6.       Turn on the power on the panel of the Main unit, Then the digital read out panel will show the pre-setting time

7.       Set the time: 1> Press the SET button to change the time

              2> + means increase the time

              3> - means decrease the time

              4> Press SET again to turn off the pilot lamp, then its ready to take a picture.

8.       Put the Tooth film plumb behind the tooth which is going to be taken picture, and be as close as possible (the glossy side stick to the tooth). There are three ways to take a picture: use the ON/OFF on the main Unit, or use the remote controller, or use the button on the touch head tube. The program will be back the pre-setting status after taking one film.

9.       Draw out 3ML liquid by using the syringe, then inject the liquid into the film bag. Knead the bag to make sure the liquid can flow around, and make sure the temperature is above 23 centigrade degree while doing this step. Keep Knead for 4 minutes, and then open the film bag, wash it under running water.
